Delivering Superior Pavement Quality through Process Management and Precision Construction

Asphalt Paving Process

Material & Mixing Phase: The Foundation of Consistent Quality.

Asphalt pavements must simultaneously withstand traffic loads, environmental fluctuations, and long-term wear; therefore, material stability is the cornerstone of road durability. Yong Li implements rigorous controls from the moment aggregates enter the mixing plant. Through grading, heating, screening, and precision measurement, we ensure materials maintain consistent properties before leaving the factory, effectively minimizing quality fluctuations caused by batch-to-batch variations.

From materials management to on-site paving, establish a stable and consistent pavement performance.

Asphalt pavement must withstand traffic loads, environmental changes, and long-term use. Therefore, the stability of the engineering process is crucial to the lifespan of the road. Yung-Yu's asphalt engineering does not only focus on the paving process itself, but also reduces the possibility of quality fluctuations from the moment the materials enter the mixing plant through process design and on-site management.

During the mixing stage, the aggregates are graded according to their particle size, heated and sieved, and then precisely measured and mixed to ensure that the materials remain stable before entering the construction site. After mixing, the materials are transported to the site at an appropriate temperature, and the paving and compaction equipment completes the construction in sequence to form a dense and flat pavement.

Structural stability is the core requirement to support long-term usage needs.

Concrete engineering is often used in areas with high load-bearing requirements, and the key to the construction process lies in structural integrity and long-term stability. Yung-Chi ensures that concrete pavements maintain their structural performance long-term through clear construction milestones and on-site management.

Before construction, the formwork and sub-base are completed to establish a stable foundation for subsequent pouring. After the concrete is poured, the material is evenly distributed and voids are eliminated through immediate leveling and vibration. Subsequent surface finishing and curing ensure that the structure is cured under appropriate conditions.

Paving & Compaction Phase: The Core of Structural Integrity.

Upon completion of mixing, materials are transported to the site at optimal temperatures and executed sequentially by paving and compaction equipment. Through precise control of paving thickness, temperature, and construction pacing—combined with a three-stage compaction process (initial, intermediate, and final)—we ensure the pavement forms a dense, level, and consistent load-bearing layer.

Verification & Control Phase: The Guarantee of Consistent Results.

During construction, our engineering team continuously monitors pavement status and execution results to ensure every phase aligns with design specifications and quality requirements. Real-time verification and adjustments minimize the risk of rework, ensuring the final pavement is both consistent and fully traceable.

Concrete Engineering Process

Centered on Structural Stability, Built for Long-term Durability.

Concrete structures must withstand heavy traffic loads, environmental shifts, and long-term structural stress; thus, material stability is the cornerstone of durability. Yong Li implements rigorous controls from the moment raw materials enter the batching plant. Through precise grading, moisture control, and automated batching, we ensure a consistent mix design before delivery, effectively minimizing quality fluctuations caused by batch variations.

Patented Technologies & Advanced Engineering

In runway and high-standard road construction, pavement smoothness directly affects safety and durability. Yongli has introduced a 3D pavement system that uses sensing and positioning technology to correct paving height and slope in real time, eliminating reliance on manual experience for construction accuracy.

Real-time control of paving height and longitudinal and transverse slopes

Construction errors reduced to the millimeter level

Shortened pre-layout work time

Suitable for runway and high-standard road construction

In nighttime or time-limited construction conditions, the speed at which the pavement cools down often determines whether a project can be completed on time. Yung-Yu's rapidly cooling pavement system effectively shortens the cooling time, allowing for more flexible project scheduling.

Cooling time reduced from approximately 120 minutes to approximately 40 minutes

Improved efficiency for nighttime construction

Support for projects requiring immediate paving

To reduce material quality fluctuations, Yongli has implemented intelligent monitoring and data-driven management throughout the mixing process, continuously monitoring the mixing status and production rhythm to ensure consistent performance across different batches of materials. This includes:

Real-time monitoring of mixing temperature and proportions

Reduced production and construction fluctuations

Improved long-term pavement durability

  • Reduced noise and dust
  • Controlled odor emissions
  • Improved air quality
  • Enhanced community friendliness

  • A complete set of construction equipment ensures that the project can proceed according to plan, without affecting quality due to schedule or environmental conditions.
  • Existing pavement is treated by a planer.
  • Paving machine controls pavement thickness and uniformity.
  • A three-stage compaction process creates a dense structure.
  • Impact mitigation equipment enhances construction safety.

  • Yong Li continuously innovates construction methods and technologies, bringing about changes to the land.

Yong Li's construction techniques are not meant to showcase complex equipment, but to make every process understandable, executable, and replicable.

Through clear process design and patented technology, Yong Li ensures stable pavement quality over long-term use and reduces uncertainties in subsequent maintenance. This is the key to Yong Li's continued trust in high-standard road and runway projects.
